manufacturing to support the European market.
Some Volkswagen Passat are built with the same air
conditioning compressor. The Original Equipment Manufacturer Numbers (OEM
numbers) are Volkswagen 8D0260805D, Volkswagen 8D0260805M.
The air-conditioning system of these vehicles was
assembled with a Zexel DCW17 compressor,
compressor manufacturer numbers: Zexel 506031-0901. These ac compressors seems to be interchangeable.
